Welcome to Deep Radar AI ("the Platform", "we", "our service"). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
Deep Radar AI is a cloud-based AI cryptocurrency analysis platform. We provide:
- Smart analysis for 350+ cryptocurrencies
- Sharia compliance filter for halal coins
- AI agents for analysis and recommendations
- Telegram alerts (for Pro subscribers)
- Arabic and English language support

The Platform does not provide financial or investment advice. All analyses and recommendations are AI-based opinions and should not be considered as investment advice. Users bear full responsibility for their financial and investment decisions.

4. Sharia Filter
We provide a filter that classifies cryptocurrencies according to contemporary Islamic jurisprudence. These are guidelines, not formal religious rulings. We recommend consulting certified Sharia scholars for halal/haram decisions.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
5.1 Available Plans:
- Free: Free - Limited features
- Basic: $39/month - 25 analyses/day
- Pro: $60/month - 50 analyses/day + full features
5.2 Payment Methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe
- Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, +350 coins) via NOWPayments - 5% discount
6. ⚠️ Refund Policy
6.1 Credit Card Payments:
Users can request a full refund within 7 days from payment date, subject to:
- No significant use of Pro/Basic features
- Valid reason for refund request
- Contact support at contactus@deepradarai.com
6.2 ⛔ Cryptocurrency Payments:
No refunds for cryptocurrency payments under any circumstances.
Reason: The nature of cryptocurrency makes refunds technically impossible. By paying with crypto, you explicitly agree to this policy.
We provide a 5% discount on crypto payments to compensate for this policy.
6.3 Cases Where Refunds Don't Apply:
- After 7 days from payment (for cards)
- If more than 20 analyses have been used
- Any cryptocurrency payment
- Platform misuse or terms violation
7. Cancellation & Renewal
Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renew (cards only). You can cancel anytime from your account. Access remains until end of paid period.
Crypto payments are one-time for 30 days, requiring manual renewal.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account with others
- Attempt to hack or exploit vulnerabilities
- Resell or redistribute our analyses publicly without permission
- Use bots or scripts for excessive analyses
- Any illegal usage
9. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:
- Terms violation
- Non-payment
- Abusive or suspicious behavior
- Legal authority requests
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after modifications means acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Virginia, USA laws. Any disputes are resolved in Virginia's competent courts.
